A CLOSER LOOK

Paper with a purpose.

A personal portfolio on pale textured paper uses a narrow landscape image and modest typography to set a contemplative mood. It uses a hard cover wrapped in printed cloud-patterned xuan paper, with art-paper pages inside. The book favors generous margins, so the material and small image remain distinct. This kind of presentation can help a creative portfolio feel considered before the projects are seen. It is suited to photography, fine-art applications, and personal work where restraint is more useful than a busy montage.
