A CLOSER LOOK

Paper with a purpose.

A white hardcover accordion book opens into a long chain of pages, turning a compact volume into a continuous display. The pleated structure is visible from the side, where the many folds become part of the object's character. It features a hardcover with xuan-paper wrapping and water-textured inner stock. This format gives an illustrator or photographer a different pacing tool from a standard codex: the reader can view one panel, several panels, or the entire sequence together. It suits exhibitions, memory books, and visual narratives.
