The composition is built around an angular grey menu card with an oblique cut and tightly arranged dark type. The print and finishing approach uses letterpress, die cutting. Its character comes from the way the special cut disrupts the usual rectangular menu shape while keeping the food list in a clear reading order. As a physical paper object, the artwork has a rhythm that a flat screen preview cannot quite capture. The format leaves room to choose paper, dimensions and finishing for a different setting.
