Who we are
Moss Print operates mossprint.com. If you have a question about this notice or information you have sent us, use our contact page.
Information you choose to send
When you request a quote or contact us, we receive the name and email address you enter, your product or project description, and any quantity, size, material, destination or preferred date you provide. You may also attach artwork or reference files. Those files may contain personal information that you include in them.
We use this information to review your request, discuss suitable print options, reply to you and, if you decide to proceed, coordinate the project. Sending a quote request does not place an order or sign you up for marketing emails.
How inquiries are stored and accessed
Submitted inquiries are stored as private records in this site’s WordPress administration. Uploaded files are stored outside the public website directory and are available through an access-controlled administrator download. The site may send an inquiry notification containing your contact and project details to the site’s administrator; uploaded files are not attached to that notification.
Our website hosting and email service providers may process the information needed to operate the site and deliver those notifications. We do not publish your inquiry or uploaded files as part of the product catalog.
Technical information and cookies
Like other websites, our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request time to deliver the site, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. The inquiry form uses a short-lived, one-way value derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. WordPress may use essential cookies for site administration and normal operation. Your browser settings let you control cookies, although some site functions may then work differently.
How long information is kept
Inquiry records and attachments remain in WordPress until they are removed by an administrator. We review whether they are still needed for the request, related project work or applicable recordkeeping. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for inquiries. You can ask us to review or remove information you sent through the contact page.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. We will consider your request under the privacy laws that apply to you and any obligations that require us to keep a record. If you send artwork or another person’s information, please make sure you are permitted to share it for a print quote.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website and its services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
