A CLOSER LOOK

Paper with a purpose.

A vintage transport poster brings a festive journey to a compact letterpress art print. Red, black, and cream illustrations fill the central panel, while broad borders give the historic layout room to breathe. The design revisits Horace Taylor's 1924 Christmas Underground poster, retaining its strong display typography and theatrical character. Four-color letterpress printing adds a tactile surface to the image. The sheet can be framed as a seasonal wall piece or collected with other historic print reinterpretations, offering a small reminder of how public posters once mixed travel, shopping, and illustration.
